One of the top 10 largest U.S. telecom companies was looking for a systematic, data-driven approach to determine which of their offers should be presented to individual prospects. Their goal was to increase basket size and conversion while improving customer satisfaction. Actifai’s real-time sales platform provided customer service representatives with optimal offer recommendations and key selling points, enabling them to sell more effectively and achieve an average 15% lift in ARPU.

A leading cable company aimed to better understand their existing customers’ propensity to purchase add-ons and upgrades in order to up-sell and cross-sell more effectively.
