The Data Analytics Engineer will be a client-facing team member that manages critical client data through the full data lifecycle from ETL to analytics and reporting. They will ingest client data into Actifai’s internal data store, build data pipelines for modeling and analytics, maintain recommendation models, and manage reporting and analytics tools. As a key technical bridge between Actifai and its clients, the Data Analytics Engineer will work closely with Actifai’s MLOps, Data Science, and Customer Success teams.

The Customer Success Manager will help manage client engagements including pilots and rollouts across our growing number of enterprise and SMB accounts. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, answering questions, processing requests, tracking KPIs, and more. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of management consulting, client services, or project management experience (or equivalent). Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS is a plus. The Senior Data Engineer will lead the design, creation, management, and business use of large datasets at Actifai. They will use their expertise to design, implement, and operate stable, scalable, low-cost solutions that underpin the AI solutions the Data Science and MLOps Teams are developing.

Envision, design, code, test, and improve the machine learning algorithms and AI central to Actifai’s platform. Responsibilities include identifying external datasets and developing APIs to access them, designing experiments to answer targeted questions, and building machine learning algorithms ready for intensive, iterative improvement. Key languages and tools used: scripting languages, relational or NoSQL databases.
